A cyclist was fined £1,200 for squeezing between cars while riding without a number plate. The incident prompted commentary from Mr Loophole about the need for cyclists to have number plates for identification purposes. The cyclist was also reported to have been riding in the outside lane of a 70mph dual carriageway.
